When planning 59 Almshouse, we realized that our unique location here in Bucks County provided us an excellent opportunity to utilize farm-to-table service.  Did you know 59 Almshouse is located within 25 miles of over 70 farms, growing produce from asparagus to zucchini, and raising poultry and beef? 

Chef Norm is fully committed to sourcing these local ingredients whenever available. What better way to enhance American cuisine, than by sourcing local farms.

We at 59 Almshouse have begun forging relationships with these local farmer at a time.
